How to send documents to external users?

To send documents to external users the module need to be activated by Antenor support for third party module, after that has been done you can do as followed:

1. Start a new document from dashboard menu: New Document

2. Fill inn predefined fields if you want or let the external user fill inn all fields and then press the green done button 

3. Insert the receivers email and write what you need in the textbox and click send. 

4. The external user will get an email from the ABMS System with your text and a link to the actual document so they can put in the values requested by the document and send it back to you for approval.
