Compliance management

Conformity Management ensures that you comply with standards, laws and regulations

Cutting corners with compliance management can be a costly affair

We see several examples of companies that have taken the job of ensuring that their products, services and internal routines comply with the laws, regulations and standards to be met somewhat lightly. This has been costly in terms of recalled products and, not least, reputation. Most people associate conformity assessment with regulations related to HSE. But most importantly, there are regulations related to products and standards that only you and your business can and should know how to handle. This is something you know and should never outsource.

Benefits:

Legal requirements state that you should have an overview of all laws and regulations within HSE legislation. From a business perspective, you also need to ensure that you are compliant with all laws, standards and regulations that apply to your products, services and internal procedures. Examples could be:

  • The Companies Act
  • ESG requirements
  • EX requirements
  • Product requirements
  • ISO standards
  • Petroleum regulations
  • The Transparency Act and GDPR
  • etc

Missing out on these can cost a business a lot of money and lost reputation. Don’t stop with simple HSE requirements!
