1.0 Introduction
The Substance Register module can be found on the ABMS navigation menu on the left. The module consits of four subemenues Indeks, dropdowns, matrix and global index.
The aim of the Substance Register Module is to collect, organize and keep track of all the chemicals used in the organisation. The module makes it easy to store information in one place, which is easy to maintain and keep up-to-date.
In addition, it will be easy to make the Substance Register available for all employees, so you can ensure safe and correct use of the chemicals in your organisation.

1.1 Index
The image above is an example of the local index tab.
The local index contains the chemicals used in your organisation. The index gives you a simple overview of important information from the datasheet. For more detailed information, you can click on each individual Safety Data Sheet.
You can filter which information is displayed in the index by pressing the «Select columns» button. The index can also be used for creating new datasheets and creating a shareable link.
NB! Antenor is not taking any responsibility if there are any errors in the datasheets.
1.4 Global Index
The Global Index is a great feature of the Substance Register Module. This index gives you access to more than 1500 datasheets generated and maintained by the users of the index.
You can simply copy the datasheet directly from the global index or by accessing your selected datasheet. A copy of the datasheet will then be stored in your organisations local index.
NB! Antenor is not taking any responsibility if there are any errors in the datasheets.
2.0 How to create a new or edit an existing datasheet
Registering a new, or opening an existing datasheet gives you the ability to edit the form in accordance with the safety datasheet that is provided with the chemical product.
You are also able to deactivate old datasheets that are no longer in use. Please note that the datasheet will still be stored in your local index, but will not be avaible for regular users of the index.
When creating a new datasheet you get the option to upload the datasheet to our global index. This makes the datasheet avaible for other users of the Substance Register Modul.
NB! When editing a datasheet, no back-up of the original version of the datasheet is stored in the register.
NB! Antenor is not taking any responsibility if there are any errors in the datasheets.
2.1 Area of use & analysis
In this section, you can fill in the data sheet with the utilization and the risks associated with the use of the chemical. For example, by describing where and how the chemical will be used. You also have the option of carrying out a risk analysis of the use of the chemical before and after actions.
Note that you can enter several areas of use for the same chemical. so that one e.g. can carry out a risk analysis for each individual application area if necessary.
